Member event:  The Covid pandemic has highlighted that organisations rely upon an essential workforce then is often ‘unseen’. A workforce that cannot work remotely and yet provide essential functions without which few organisations can function. This workforce often experience the poorest health and other inequalities within our society. 

Chaired by Poppy Jaman, leaders will discuss how our organisations can address this gap and support out frontline and essential workforce.
