Coaching and Consultancy



We provide bespoke consultancy services and support to organisations looking for expert advice and guidance on design and implementation of workplace wellbeing and mental health interventions and programmes.

Our knowledge comes from the latest insights and best practice gained from the many years of experience we have working together with leading businesses to set the standards for workplace mental health and wellbeing.

Our expert advisory team will work with your organisation to understand your needs and support you to develop your mental health and wellbeing strategies and accelerate sustained change across your organisation. Whilst we tailor our approach to each organisation, there are three key areas we typically support:

  1. Assess current state and identify needs - depending on level of maturity, we will assess your current approach through our  Thriving at Work Assessment   tool or through direct consultation with you.
  2. Develop your approach – following our initial assessment or consultation, we will help you to identify priorities and work with you to develop your strategy and/or approach.
  3. Support implementation work with you to transform – we can support implementation by helping you to socialise mental health across your organisation through design of communications, campaigns or curating in-house events; raising awareness and confidence in mental health through our  training courses ; and helping you to sustain and integrate mentally healthy practices across your organisation.

We know that leadership from the top is critical for sustaining a mentally healthy culture. Our qualified and accredited coaches are mental health trained with experience of working in business leadership roles. They will provide coaching to develop the leadership capability for mental health within your business, principally:

  • Providing education and support for senior leaders that need a deeper understanding of mental health delivered in a timely way in a confidential and ‘safe’ 121 environment
  • Building confidence and effectiveness in supporting people with mental health issues within their team/organisation
  • Increasing confidence in how to demonstrate mental health leadership to drive and support the organisation's mental health agenda
