This year's Thriving at Work Early Careers Award recognised transportation, logistics, supply chain and storage firm CTT - Correios de Portugal for their outstanding trainee onboarding programme.

This year's Organisational Leadership Award recognised BNY, a US headquartered global bank and financial services corporation, who have shown that prioritising mental health starts at the top. 

Insurance group Grupo Ageas Portugal stood out to the judges with a platform offering training programmes that both address societal needs and combat social exclusion, recognising how this intersects with wellbeing.

Fidelidade, a leading insurance company headquartered in Portugal, has set a benchmark on how businesses can address psychosocial risks in the workplace (things that may affect workers' psychological response to their work and workplace conditions) through an innovative and data-driven approach.

This award recognises Shaulee Kamal Khan, General Counsel at HSBC Bangladesh, for the work she has done in impacting the wellbeing and diversity landscape across the Asia Pacific region. This includes addressing challenging and often stigmatised subjects, such as heightened suicide risk among women, bankers and legal professionals.

Standard Chartered Singapore impressed the judges with their holistic approach to inclusion, combining solid policies with a company culture that prioritises the health, family and wellbeing of all employees.
