The Thriving from The Start (TFTS) network is a mental health community designed for individuals in the early stages of their careers or those currently in education and seeking employment.
Founded by MindForward Alliance in November 2018, the network aims to foster a culture of positive mental health in the workplace.
We do this by:
- Challenging mental health stigma – normalising conversations about workplace mental health through events and storytelling.
- Increasing mental health literacy – encouraging young individuals to discuss mental health in the workplace.
- Offering peer support – giving young people the opportunity to connect with others in a supportive online community.
- Transforming businesses – facilitating a feedback loop between young professionals and board level to help drive positive change.
With support from the Executive Leadership Team TFTS Network is run by a Steering Committee comprised of young people in their early careers from across our membership, including PwC, Linklaters, and Lloyds Banking Group.
Please join this Network if you are a graduate, apprentice, or school leaver in the first five years of your career, or you are in education and applying for a job.
