Member event: Money may already be a source of stress for many of employees and with energy price rises and inflation putting pressure on wages, money worries look set to increase. Join us to find out how employers can start to challenge stigma about talking about money and concerns about money, and how your business can support employees to achieve better financial wellbeing. Speakers include Paul Barrett, Head of Wellbeing at the Bank Workers Charity, Jo Hill, Trustee of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute and member businesses, who will share what they are doing in this space.

Jo Hill, Trustee of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute
Jo Hill is a career regulator with more than twenty years’ experience at the Financial Services Authority, Financial Conduct Authority and most recently as Executive Director of Strategy and Risk at The Pensions Regulator. Jo is currently a Commissioner of the Gambling Commission and NED of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority. She is a passionate advocate for mental health having founded PauseBox.co.uk, serving as a Trustee of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute and previously serving as a non-executive of the City Mental Health Alliance.
Paul Barrett, Head of Wellbeing, Bank Workers Charity
As Head of Wellbeing at Bank Workers Charity Paul has responsibility for ensuring the Charity is in the forefront of thinking around workplace wellbeing. He is an occupational therapist with over 25 years' experience in the wellbeing field. He is an established commentator for workplace wellbeing, writing for a range of HR journals as well as for financial sector publications. He published a white paper on financial wellbeing and delivers financial wellbeing education to organisations in the banking sector.
