In our first Insight and Exchange event of 2023, Alison Unsted (CMHA UK CEO) and Anastasia Vinnikova (Head of Workplace Wellbeing) will be sharing insights from the 2022 Thriving at Work Assessments.  

The session will bring together analysis from result trends, to celebrate what members are doing well, and importantly to identify where there are opportunities for future development . The event will provide a confidential space for collaborative member discussion.  

As well as sharing observations from the results, Alison and Anastasia will provide an update on the ambitions for the Assessment in 2023 and beyond.  

The session promises to be insightful, and offers an opportunity for takeaway learnings which can inform member wellbeing work in the coming year .
