Continuing Professional Development webinar on Financial Wellbeing
08 Dec 2022 14:00 - 15:15
This event will explore the concept of financial wellbeing in the workplace and how poor financial wellbeing can manifest itself in our colleagues wellbeing and mental health. It will equip attendees with the understanding and skill to have supportive and safe conversations around financial wellbeing, as well as explore the complex feelings of guilt and discomfort we may have in talking about financial wellbeing in the workplace context.
We will look to dispel myths around financial wellbeing which perpetuate stigma and create barriers to help-seeking behaviour, as well as sharing a lived experience story to emphasise the human impact of poor financial wellbeing.
