19 Sep 2023 10:00 - 11:00

At this event, we will be addressing the question of how businesses can drive better awareness and engagement with their wellbeing and mental health resources.

We are hearing from many businesses that there are a lot of helpful and tailored resources available to colleagues to support their mental health – including events, learning sessions, awareness days, reports, research and stories to help educate and support colleagues to look after themselves and those around them. There is a wider range of support as well, such as EAPs, Wellbeing Champions, inhouse and external counsellors and PI. However, with this abundance of resource and activity, there are challenges in ensuring we communicate this in a way that is targeted, engaging and which achieves cut-through, rather than becoming overwhelming.

At this event, we will explore wellbeing communications and how to encourage better engagement within the workforce, to ensure those people who need it will access the resources.

Our speakers will include:

  • John Drummond, Chair of Corporate Culture and one of HR Magazine’s most influential thinkers in HR 2021, to hear insights into organisational and individual behaviour, and how we can use this to improve engagement with wellbeing communications.
  • Charlotte Frost, Benefits and Wellbeing Manager at Schroders Bank.

As ever, there will be an opportunity to share your own business’s experiences and ask questions.

Member Leads should have already received an invitation to this event. If you have not received yours, please contact ellen.wilson@citymha.org.uk.
