Imposter syndrome is a behavioural health phenomenon described as self-doubt of intellect, skills, or accomplishments among high-achieving individuals. While experiencing the phenomenon can feel isolating, it is thought around a third of young people suffer from it. Join us for this important session exploring what imposter syndrome is, the impact it has on the working lives of young professionals, and advice for how to overcome it.

Chaired by PwC's Nicole Fernandes, we will hear from occupational psychologist and author Nikita Mikhailov, who will provide the academic, expert perspective of what imposter syndrome actually is. Award winning wellbeing leader, Nuz Chagan, will explore the concept that imposter syndrome can happen to individuals at any stage in their career, even when they are established and respected in their industry. We will also explore how imposter syndrome can manifest itself for those who are in their early careers, hearing from Robert Bridge.

This event is open to anyone who would be interested in joining.  Register here to reserve your place.
