Chaired by Nigel Jones, NED and Chair of the CMHA Advisory Group, leaders will discuss cultivating compassionate leadership and how to engage others in frank, open dialogue and make it safe for others to do so; covering difficult themes including suicide, financial health and redundancy.

We will hear from experts in their field including Steve Mallen, co-Founder of the Zero Suicide Alliance and member of the National Suicide Prevention Group within the Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC) and Dr Nancy Dome, Co-Founder and CEO at Epoch Education, Inc. Dr. Dome will offer up a framework of how to hold compassionate conversations.
