Following requests by members, the CMHA is reintroducing Member Lead Insight and Exchange Sessions.  

These will be informal 45 minute meetings, where our members will share successes, challenges, insights and learnings as we all continue to navigate these uncertain times and the associated impact on our society, economy, our workplaces, and the mental health and wellbeing of our people.

In this meeting we will look at how we can best adapt to new patterns of working and continue to foster human connection between our people as we continue to work away from the office.
