Member event:   In this Insight & Exchange session we will focus on the theme of work design & the long working hours culture. This was the focus of our most recent senior sponsor meeting at what was an excellent discussion.

There was a clear desire from CMHA members at this roundtable to translate the energy of this initial conversation into action. The CMHA is putting the challenge of how long working hours can impact mental health on our agenda.
