Open Event:  'Time to Act' -  Launch of the CMHA Early Careers Research Report. 

We will share and discuss the key insights from our latest research, which draws on the experience and perspectives of over 1,000 young professionals via a YouGov survey and focus groups. This research, conducted in partnership with Bupa, reveals the scale and impact of the mental health challenges facing young professionals today. It also points to a path forward, as young professionals tell us how employers can help to protect and support their mental health.

It will also be a chance to hear from business leaders, including Alex Perry, CEO at Bupa Insurance, about why mental health in early careers is a priority for their business.

This event is relevant for anyone with responsibility or interest in mental health, wellbeing and inclusion in the workplace; line managers of people in early careers; and early careers recruitment – please do share with colleagues.
