Grupo Ageas won the Social Impact Award for their entry showcasing a platform offering training programmes in response to the needs of society, with a focus of combating social exclusion.
Fidelidade won the Innovative Practice Award for their pioneering approach to understanding and acting on the psychosocial risk experienced by employees.
CTT won the Early Careers Award for emphasizing balance and wellbeing as part of the initial induction and onboarding process, and beyond, for early careers recruits.
BNY Mellon won the Leadership for an Organisation Award for a programme from their diverse abilities network, which ensures that leaders are engaged in wellbeing advocacy, storytelling, listening and sharing.
Shaulee Khan, HSBC Bangladesh, won the Individual Leadership Award for spearheading wellbeing and diversity initiatives across a wide geographic area, tackling challenging and stigmatized issues such as increased suicide risk in the workplace.
