Poppy Jaman and Emma Mamo share their views on the mental health challenges and opportunities presented for employers and employees.

Mental Health Awareness Week took place in the UK between 16-22 May 2016. The focus this year was on relationships, which included the importance of promoting and nurturing good relationships in the workplace. In support of this initiative, Gibson Dunn London’s Diversity, Talent & Inclusion Committee has prepared a special newsletter on the theme of mental health. We have contributions from two eminent individuals in the field who share their views on the mental health challenges and opportunities presented for employers and employees.
