Over the summer of 2020, Thriving from the Start (TFTS) undertook a survey of young people in the workplace. It was designed for those currently in employment and early in their careers, whether through Graduate programmes, Apprenticeships, or the standard recruitment pathway. TFTS is now pleased to share the full results of this survey with insights.
