This year the CMHA community invites you, your friends, families and colleagues to join us in January to move for your mental health.

This year the CMHA Community invites you, your friends, families and colleagues to join us in January to move for your mental health. This month we are exploring the connection between movement and mental health through the campaign RED January

RED January is a nationwide movement that’s empowering people to get active everyday in January to beat the blues away. This is a chance for us to kick start our 2021 in a positive way. Whether you walk, run, swim, cycle or do your favourite fitness activity.

To support you, the CMHA has partnered with a variety of fitness professionals to provide some workouts throughout January. There will be a wide range of workouts from circuits to yoga to dance to pilates. We will also feature some special guests throughout January including a live finale workout with Dame Kelly Holmes on Friday 29th January.

We invite you to join in the movement and share the exercise videos with your colleagues, friends and family to help them move for their mental health. You can also sign up to RED January here to receive more support: https://www.joinredjan.co.uk . Be sure to tag us in your videos

Our workouts will be announced weekly (via our newsletter ) and will be at 5pm on select dates on our YouTube channel. You can subscribe to our YouTube channel to make sure you don’t miss any of the workouts.
